We have thought our rooms to give you the maximum comfort, so that you can give yourself a well-deserved relax during all your holiday.
All rooms are furnished in old country style and have satellite TV, independent heating and air conditioning, programmable with remote control, free wifi internet connection, chromotherapy shower, hairdryer.
To meet everyone’s needs, we offer two different solutions, a double room (with the possibility of adding a third bed) and a triple room.
Rooms renovated at various times over the past 10 years, have different furnishings and accommodations.
Our Bed & Breakfast is Pet-Friendly, our rooms are designed to accommodate even your furry friends.
How to Book
During the booking, to guarantee the room availability, payment of one night’s deposit, or 50% of the total amount, is required, based on the length of the holiday duration.
Payment can be made by “bank transfer”, or “Credit Card”
Payment modality will be communicated in the confirmation mail during the booking.
Rechargeable Credit Card will not be accepted as guarantee of the reservation.
The balance will be paid on the day of departure from the Bed & Breakfast.
Upon arrival at the B&B, a valid identification document (Passport, Identity Card or Driving License) will be required, for registration by current laws.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and the main Credit Cards and POS/Bancomat.
How to cancel a reservation
Direct booking cancellations:
Reservations can be deleted and they are entitled to a full refund of the deposit, only if they are notified within 15 days before the arrival date. Otherwise the paid amount will not be refunded in any way.
Cancellation of booking made from website portal (booking, airbnb, etcetera):
They carry the contractual penalty of the relative website portal.
Partial use of the dates booked does not entitle to any refund.
In case of “no show” the entire total amount will be charged to the Credit Card.
The Conditions are considered accepted upon booking.
All data will be treated in respect of Privacy.
Customers who causes damage of any nature or entity are always required to pay compensation; any damage not reported at check-out entails a charge on the Customer’s Credit Card even after the Guest has left.
The amount of damage assessed by the B&B in the absence of the customer’s complaint is no longer compatible.
